FigJam HubSpot Cards (beta) is a FigJam plugin that reads your HubSpot portal and draws properties, forms and workflows as cards on a FigJam board. This page says what it keeps and how to remove it.

It only reads

The plugin cannot change anything in your HubSpot portal. The server it talks to has no way to write to HubSpot. The app asks HubSpot for read permissions only. Access to workflows is optional, and you can untick it when you connect.

What we store

• Your HubSpot access and refresh tokens, encrypted at rest.
• Your portal ID, the portal's HubSpot domain and data-hosting region, the permissions you granted, and the date you installed.
• Cached HubSpot metadata, meaning property definitions and option labels, record counts per property value, and the names of forms and workflows with the properties they reference.

We do not store contact, company or other CRM records.

Where it is stored

On Elemra's server in the EU (Hetzner, Helsinki).

How it is used

Only to draw the cards you ask for in FigJam. Nothing is sold or shared.

Deleting your data

• In the plugin, choose Disconnect and delete my data. This revokes Elemra's access in HubSpot and deletes everything we hold for your portal.
• Or uninstall the app inside HubSpot. That also disconnects it, and everything we hold for your portal is deleted 30 days later.
